Each printing couple includes a plate cylinder and a transfer cylinder where the transfer cylinders of all the printing couples roll off a common impression cylinder. Each plate cylinder features a high lockup slot and a low lockup slot and each transfer cylinder has a lockup slot. 摘要： A printing unit of a web-fed rotary press has a plurality of press units, each press unit having a form cylinder, a transfer cylinder, an inking unit and optionally a damping unit, and having at least one impression cylinder. Each form cylinder rolls on the respective transfer cylinder and each transfer cylinder rolling on an impression cylinder in a thrown-on position of the printing unit, in order to apply single-color printed images onto a printing material which is moved through between the transfer cylinders and the or each impression cylinder. Each form cylinder bears a plurality of printing images next to one another in the axial direction, by which corresponding single-color printed images are applied to the printing material. The printing images which are arranged next to one another in the axial direction of the respective form cylinder are offset with respect to one another in the circumferential direction in such a way that deviations in the circumferential register between the single-color printed images which are to be printed in different press units can be compensated for.

The rubber sleeve has an inner layer formed as a carrier layer and an outer layer formed as a functional layer and used for the printing process, the carrier layer and the functional layer being a constituent part of a rubber blanket, which is shaped in the manner of a sleeve in order to form the rubber sleeve and is connected to itself in the region of mutually opposite joint faces of the carrier layer and the functional layer. At least the joint faces of the carrier layer being enlarged in such a way that the same absorb circumferential forces acting on the rubber sleeve.

摘要： A rotary offset printing machine having printing units each with a dampening unit and an inking unit with a metering device for setting an inking profile zone can reach the continuous printing state quickly and with little accumulation of rejects. First an inking profile is set on the metering device that is the inverse of the inking profile for continuous printing with the applicator rolls set off the printing plate and the machine operating at a first rotational speed. A defined quantity of ink is supplied to the inking unit, the inking profile for continuous printing then being set on the metering device. The rubber blankets are pre-dampened and, when a third rotational speed is reached, the print is set on. Finally, the printing machine is run up to a fourth speed for continuous printing when the separation of rejects is concluded.
