SOLUTION: A relief request device 10 has a display machine 20 storing a display body printing the request of relief inside and a stand-like supporting means 12 supporting the display machine 20. The relief request device 10 is installed in an outdoor and conspicuous place. The display body showing the request content of relief is set in a stored state so that the content cannot be recognized when it is not used. At necessary time, the release means of a stopper is operated, the display body is exposed and the content can be recognized. It is preferable to operate the release means, to operate a compulsory communication means by means of sound and light and to inform people in the neighbor houses of that relief is necessary.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensivley manufacture ditch covers having drainage holes by fitting synthetic resin cylindrical bodies on cover bodies provided on the bottom of a mold and upper covers, closing the upper and lower openings of the synthetic resin cylindrical bodies, and filling the mold with ready-mixed concrete. SOLUTION: The first cover bodies 15, the number of which is the same as the number of drainage holes, are bolted at the prescribed positions on the bottom 31 of a mold 30, the opening parts 2a, 2b of synthetic resin cylindrical bodies 4 for forming drainage holes, are inserted into the respective cover bodies 15 and fixed, and reinforcements are arranged in every direction in the mold 30. Next, upper covers 35a, 35b, on the inside faces 36a, 36b of which the second cover bodies 20 are provided at the positions which correspond to the first cover bodies 15, are placed in the mold 30, and the second cover bodies 20 are fitted into the openings 3 of the synthetic resin cylindrical bodies 4. After pressing and clamping by toggle clamps 39, the openings 2a, 2b, 3 are tightly closed by the cover bodies 15, 20, ready-mixed concrete is poured into the mold 30 and vibrated to be closely packed. After curing, the mold 30 is removed, and thus concrete ditch covers in which the synthetic resin cylindrical bodies 4 are buried as drainage holes, are manufactured.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a stretcher device suitable particularly for use at such a work site as located deep in a mountain by forming a stretcher body with a sheet spread between rod bodies arranged in parallel, and detachably mounting a wheel device on each rod body for alleviating a carrying load and applying a carrying method such as a horizontal transport on a slope. CONSTITUTION:A stretcher device 10 is constituted of a stretcher body 12 capable of carrying a person in lying state, and a wheel device 30 detachably mounted thereon. In this case, the stretcher body 12 has a thick sheet 18 spread between rod bodies 13 as a pair. Each rod body 13 is divided into two sections and jointed to each other with a hinge 16. Also, a breadth setting fixture 20 is fitted to each rod body 13 via a mounting bracket 22 for maintaining space thereby formed at a constant value. On the other hand, the wheel device 30 is constituted of a mounting bracket 40 for connection to the stretcher body 12 and supported wheels 32 integrated with the bracket 40. According to this construction, carrying load reduction, long distance haulage, swing reduction, horizontal transport on a slope and the like can be attained, thereby providing a stretcher device suitable particularly for use at such a work site as located deep in a mountain.

    • PURPOSE:To present a drying tool, which can be easily mounted to and removed from a bar unit by protrusively providing a supporting unit for drying a drying object from one end of a stopper bed having a fitting groove. CONSTITUTION:When a drying tool 10 is used, a fitting groove 14 is inserted to a bar unit 22 in a manner wherein the bar unit 22 of a clothes drying stand 20 crosses at a right angle with a stopper bed 12. Here by setting a width of the fitting groove 14 wider than the width of the bar unit 22, the fitting groove 14 can be inserted with no resistance at all. In completion of the insertion, the bar unit 22 is set so as to agree with a positioning means 15, when the stopper bed 12 is tilted so as to diagonally cross with the bar unit with a hand detached, the drying tool 10 can be mounted to the bar unit 22. When the stopper bed 12 is tilted with the side of a supporting unit 8, heavier in weight, placed in the lower, the fitting groove 14 is fitted with its portion, provided in an end part of the stopper bed, serving as a supporting point.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the treatment of a large quantity of rainwater by forming a flow-in passage between recessed parts, which are provided in both side wall, and an inner wall of an opening of a ditch wall, and forming a receiver part, which is provided under the flow-in passage, with a flow-out port between a step part of the ditch wall and a recessed wall of a ditch cover. SOLUTION: A recessed part X is provided in both side walls of a concrete ditch cover 1, and a flow-in passage is formed between the recessed part X and an inner wall 5a of an opening part of a ditch wall 5. A receiver part 3 is provided under this flow-in port, and the receiver part 3 is formed with a flow-out port between a step part 5b of the ditch wall 5 and the recessed wall of the ditch cover 1. The rainwater flowed from both outsides of the ditch wall 5 enters this flow-in passage, and vertically flowed down so as to enter the receiver part 3. At this stage, the rainwater flowed down the flow-in passage is jetted as a jet stream toward the receiver part 3 working as a free space, and the rainwater is flowed down in the flow-in passage at a high speed, and the rainwater flowed into the receiver part 3 is flowed down from the flow-out port 4 into a groove 6. With this structure, clogging of the flow-in passage with grains of sand and clay is prevented, and a large quantity of rainwater can be treated.
