    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fine particles of sand or clay conveyed by rainwater from clogging in the 5mm distance of joints between conventional concrete ditch covers and secure inflow of rainwater into the side drain even in a large quantity of rainwater. SOLUTION: Rainwater guide openings 3 are formed on the upper face of the central part in the direction of a ditch, in a concrete ditch cover 1 and a ditch opening 4 having the same width with the guide opening 3 is provided at the central part of the underface thereof. And a longer grating 2 than the ditch opening 4 is fitted in the guide opening 3. Spaces 3a are provided between both side ends of the grating 2 and both side ends of the ditch cover 1 and reinforcing plates 5, 5 are connected to the underface of both side ends of the grating 2. The reinforcing plate 5 is extended from both ends of the ditch cover to the ditch opening 4 and provided with a wider width than the guide opening 3 or the ditch opening 4. Bridges 4a, 4b are buried astride in the ditch direction.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately advance to the following process without waiting for curing and hardening of cast-in-place concrete and omit the field-work for surface finishing by using precast concrete in the construction of a coping concrete for steel sheet pile wall head part to reduce the field-work. SOLUTION: A coping concrete block 1 of a fixed length opened in the lower surface so as to house the head part of a steel sheet pile wall 4 and having a concrete input port 7 on the upper surface is continuously set and mounted. After a regulating metal fitting 3 mounted on the inside of the coping concrete block 1 is welded to the steel sheet pile, a bottom plate 11 is set, and concrete in placed from above. Further, as occasion demands, a precast concrete plate 2 subjected to the same surface finish as the coping concrete block is fitted and buried in the concrete input port 7. Otherwise, a coping concrete block in which one of both sides is removed to expose only reinforcements is used so as to be conformable to a place where the thickness of the steel sheet pile wall exceeds the open part because of construction error or curved construction.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side-ditch cover, in which rainwater is introduced efficiently into a side ditch and strength of which to a live load is reduced in a small amount, forms manufacturing the side-ditch cover and the manufacture of the side-ditch cover. SOLUTION: The side-ditch cover 1 has a groove section 6 crossing in the cross direction in the top face of a main body, one end or both ends of the groove section 6 are formed in side-face opening sections 7 opened to the side faces of the main body, and a communicating hole 8 communicated into a side ditch 10 is formed to the bottom section of the groove. Since rainwater is introduced into the side ditch 10 through the communicating hole 8 from the groove section 6 of the side-ditch cover 1 at that time, the inflow of rainwater is promoted. The side-ditch cover 1 is manufactured by a form body, in which a magnet 19 for fixing a grating 2 is buried at the specified place of the top face of a bottom force, and forms, which has a core 17 forming the communicating hole 8 and in which the magnet 19 is buried to the base of the core 17 in the core 17, the grating 2 is placed at the specified place of the top face of the bottom force, the grating 2 is fastened by the magnet 19 of the bottom force, the core 17 is installed onto the grating 2 and the core 17 is fixed by the magnet 19 of the core 17. Since the grating 2 and the core 17 are fastened by the magnet 19, the forms are assembled and mold-released easily.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensivley manufacture ditch covers having drainage holes by fitting synthetic resin cylindrical bodies on cover bodies provided on the bottom of a mold and upper covers, closing the upper and lower openings of the synthetic resin cylindrical bodies, and filling the mold with ready-mixed concrete. SOLUTION: The first cover bodies 15, the number of which is the same as the number of drainage holes, are bolted at the prescribed positions on the bottom 31 of a mold 30, the opening parts 2a, 2b of synthetic resin cylindrical bodies 4 for forming drainage holes, are inserted into the respective cover bodies 15 and fixed, and reinforcements are arranged in every direction in the mold 30. Next, upper covers 35a, 35b, on the inside faces 36a, 36b of which the second cover bodies 20 are provided at the positions which correspond to the first cover bodies 15, are placed in the mold 30, and the second cover bodies 20 are fitted into the openings 3 of the synthetic resin cylindrical bodies 4. After pressing and clamping by toggle clamps 39, the openings 2a, 2b, 3 are tightly closed by the cover bodies 15, 20, ready-mixed concrete is poured into the mold 30 and vibrated to be closely packed. After curing, the mold 30 is removed, and thus concrete ditch covers in which the synthetic resin cylindrical bodies 4 are buried as drainage holes, are manufactured.
