    • A plaster structure for iontophoresis which can stably store a bioactive substance without reducing a preset amount thereof until applied to a patient. When applied, it performs stable whole-body administration of the preset amount of the bioactive substance, and prevents interaction between an adhesive and the bioactive substance, an additive or the like, and maintains an adhesive strength of the adhesive to stay firmly on the patient during administration. The plaster structure comprises: an electrically conductive medicine storing layer (1) containing a bioactive substance; a backing layer (2) covering the medicine storing layer (1) and holding an electrode (3) thereunder; a protective layer (4) supporting the medicine storing layer (1) and being non-permeable to the bioactive substance; an adhesive layer (5) laminated on the other surface of the protective layer (4) and made of a pressure sensitive adhesive or the like that has a good skin and/or mucous membrane sticking property; a liner layer (6) laminated on the other surface of the adhesive layer (5); and a cut portion (7) formed in the protective layer (4).
