A method of experiencing a virtual deathbed adventure includes steps of: training virtual deathbed adventure trainees in advance by using them; making a guide person playing a role of an afterworld messenger take the hold of wills and guide the virtual deathbed adventure trainees to the virtual deathbed adventure space portion and making the deathbed adventure trainees stand in front of the portraits and wills; making the virtual deathbed adventure trainees read their wills; ordering the virtual deathbed adventure trainees to enter the caskets and then come out from the caskets after about ten minutes; and making the virtual deathbed adventure trainees express their feelings on the deathbed adventure.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a natural gas liquefaction process using a single refrigeration cycle adopting a mixed refrigerant, and therefore having a simple structure and thus a compact system which is easy to operate, and further, after the mixed refrigerant is separated into two refrigerant parts, the two refrigerant parts are not mixed with each other but go through condensing (cooling), expanding, heat-exchanging, and compressing stages individually, and thus, optimal temperature and pressure conditions are applied to each of the separated refrigerant parts to increase efficiency of the liquefaction process.

摘要： In a method of programming a three-dimensional nonvolatile memory device, a program loop is executed at least one time. The program loop includes a programming step for programming selected memory cells among memory cells and a verifying step for verifying whether the selected memory cells are program-passed or not. In programming the selected memory cells, a level of a voltage being applied to a common source line connected to the memory cells in common may be changed. Thus, in a program operation, power consumption which is needed to charge-discharge the common source line can be decreased while increasing boosting efficiency.
