An interface between a mobile station and a packet mobile switching center is provided. The interface is used to transfer control plane information and user plane information between the mobile station and the packet mobile switching center over the packet switched network. In one embodiment, a network controller handles control plane information from a packet switched core network and an interworking unit handles user plane information from the packet switched core network.

摘要： In order to prevent unauthorised use of an unlicensed access network connection (300) to access services in a mobile communications network (20), it is proposed to associate a permanent identifier with an established secure connection between a mobile terminal (1) user and an unlicensed network controller (303). The permanent identifier is obtained by the unlicensed access network (300), specifically an unlicensed network controller (303) in this unlicensed access network, when the secure connection with the mobile terminal is established. Any subsequent attempt by the user to solicit services from the core network (20) over this established secure connection will fail unless the user supplies either this permanent identifier or an identity, such as a temporary identifier, that is associated with the permanent identifier. More specifically, such an attempt results in the established secure connection being terminated.

摘要： The basic concept of the invention is to expand the capabilities of the MSC Server enhanced for SR-VCC and of the SCC AS to support a "session transfer revocation" procedure. To allow for such procedure it is envisaged that a MSC-Server enhanced for SR-VCC being involved in a Handover procedure for a call from a source RAN, e.g. E-UTRAN / UTRAN HSPA, to a target RAN, e.g. GERAN / UTRAN CS, sends an indication that a session transfer for said call should be performed towards the target RAN. Once the MSC-Server receives from a mobility management entity, such as MME or SGSN, of the source RAN an indication that a relocation request having initiated the session transfer indication is canceled, the MSC-Server may send an indication that the session transfer should be cancelled towards the SCC AS in the IMS which has performed the session transfer.
