摘要： A disk mill is provided, comprising a cylinder having a plurality of cutting segments mounted on a periphery thereof. The cylinder is provided with a hub through which coolant enters the disk mill, the hub opens to a plenum branching to a plurality of curved channels. Each of the curved channels is provided with a funnel, capped by a corresponding one of the plurality of segments, so that each funnel terminates in a nozzle adjacent a rear face of the corresponding segments and opening to face a front face of a following one of the plurality of segments in a direction of rotation of the disk mill.
