摘要： The automatic equalisation system for signals of transmission to subscribers comprises an emitter which sends a unique pulse and a receiver comprising an analogue numeric converter delivering binary numbers. The numbers are composed of a sign bit and a number representing the algebraic sum of the preceding numbers. Two sets of number transmitters are used, and passed to a memory unit which includes a filter and a synthesiser. The two numeric systems enable (n) subscriber stages to be accommodated by storing amplitudes a1, a2, ....an and forming summations of the type an + ean-1 + ean-2 +...ean-p where e is plus or minus 1.
