Further, the angles of the first and second protrusions can be freely adjusted. Accordingly, it is possible to easily achieve various shapes of light distribution and free lighting design that can be used for various uses and positions. Further, the present invention has an advantage of freely producing light distribution in a limited space while ensuring the maximum amount of light by making the protrusions, where the LEDs are attached, partially overlap.

摘要： A microelectronic element such as a chip or microelectronic wiring substrate is provided which includes a plurality of conductive interconnects for improved resistance to thermal stress.
