摘要： Systems (100) and methods (1700) for providing a marker (102). The methods comprise forming a magnetic core (200) having a bone shape defined by two end portions (208, 212) and a center potion (210) disposed between the two end portions. The end portions each have a cross-sectional area larger than a cross-sectional area of the center portion. A coil (224) is disposed around the center portion. The coil is coupled to a passive electronic component (206) so as to form a resonator. The resonator is disposed in a housing (126) of the marker. The resonator resonates when an interrogation signal is produced by a transmitter circuit (112) located remote from and in proximity to the marker, whereby a variation in a magnetic field occurs.

摘要： A smart home network comprises a plurality of appliances, each of which comprises a unique radio frequency identification tag. The smart home network further comprises a plurality of power outlets, each of which has a unique ID. The power outlets of the smart home network are capable of detecting the RFID tag and measuring the operational parameters of the appliances. The power outlets are further coupled to a central controller. The central controller receives operational parameters of the appliances from the power outlets, constructs a real time model of the smart home and forwards analytical results to a display terminal.

摘要： An edge router for interfacing an optical label switched core IP network with client networks, which may be electronically switched and operate with different protocol. The core network has a limited number of ports, each with an edge router, which receives packets from one or more associated client networks and queues them according to egress port on the core network and optionally additionally according to attribute of service. When a queue has exceed a maximum packet length or a timeout limit assigned to the queue, the packets including their headers are assembled into a super packet for transmission across the core network in optical form, preferably using optical routers incorporating wavelength conversion of payloads and switching according to an attached label. The edge router at the egress port disassembles the super packet into constituent packets for respective destinations on the client network.

摘要： A trust level of an account is determined at least partly based on a degree of the memorability of an email address associated with the account. Additional features such as those based on the domain of the email address and those from the additional information such as name, phone number, and address associated with the account may also be used to determine the trust level of the account. A machine learning process may be used to learn a classification model based on one or more features that distinguish a malicious account from a benign account from training data. The classification model is used to determine a trust level of the account, and/or if the account is malicious or benign, and may be continuously improved by incrementally adapting or improving the model with new accounts.
