    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fryer pot which reduces the volume of necessary cooking oil while maintaining a big aperture in the upper part of a cooking basket and provides a smaller channel in the lower part in order to effectively pour away fried waste from the cooking oil.
      SOLUTION: In the fryer pot 100 for a deep fryer, a pair of side walls 120 and 125 which face each other, a pair of end walls which face each other, and a bottom wall are prepared, each of a pair of the side walls, which face each other, has three continuous perpendicular parts 120a, 120b, 120c, 125a, 125b, and 125c, each of the three continuous perpendicular parts of each of a pair of the side walls, which face each other, is arranged on the inside of the front perpendicular part, and thereby, the fryer pot is gradually narrowed toward the bottom wall.
