摘要： Volatile impregnated substrates (70), such as wicks and mats, that can be used in a dispensing device that uses a heat source or otherwise uses active (25) means to promote the release of the volatile material (22) from the substrate are disclosed. The preferred substrate has a structure including sand particles adhered together by a binder to form a network of pores and passages. The binder is selected from thermoset polymeric materials and mixtures thereof. A volatile material is disposed in the pores before the substrate (70) is installed in the dispensing device. The impregnated substrate is positioned in the dispensing device on or near the heat source (25) of the dispensing device. The heat source (25) is activated thereby elevating the temperature of the substrate such that volatile material is released from the pores. In one embodiment, the sand particles comprise silica sand and the binder is a cured novolac resin.

The cradle (2) can house a reservoir (14) containing a liquid product. The handle (40) is positioned by the upright sidewalls (4, 6) of the cradle (2) and is supported by the cradle (2). The liquid product can be dispensed from the reservoir (14) onto the surface of the outermost sheet (50) of the plurality of sheets (30). That sheet (50) then can be used to apply the liquid product to a surface, and can be removed and discarded after use, revealing a fresh sheet.

摘要： A sprayer (10) is disclosed that may be attached to a garden hose for cleaning exterior surfaces such as windows. By turning a flow selector (52) in a single direction tap water from the hose first flows through the sprayer to rinse the surface to be cleaned. The flow selector can then be set to spray a mixture of cleaner (e.g., one or more surfactants) and surface modifier (e.g., one or more polymers) and water on the surface. The flow selector can then be set to an off position to allow for scrubbing of the surface with a scrubbing tool. The flow selector can then be set to rinse the surface with untreated water, and the flow selector can be turned further to rinse the surface with filtered tap water produced by a filter in the sprayer. Also disclosed are unitary cartridges providing a combined replacement of the cleaning surfactant and a filtering system for deionizing the water.

摘要： A trigger operated fluild delivery system for dispensing two different fluids is disclosed. The fluid delivery system includes a first container having a first primary fluid, a fluid inlet conduit in fluid communication with the first container, and a pump for drawing the first fluid through the fluid inlet conduit and into a pump chamber (22). A fluid discharge conduit (32) is located downstream of the pump chamber (22). The fluid discharge conduit (32) is in fluid communication with the pump chamber (22) and a discharge orifice (30). The pump discharges the first fluid from the pump chamber (22) into the fluid discharge conduit (32). The fluid delivery system also includes a second container (42) having a second fluid (44), and means for delivering the second fluid (44) into the fluid discharge conduit (32). The second fluid (44) mixes with the first fluid when the first fluid is discharged into the fluid discharge conduit (32) such that a mixture of the first fluid and the second fluid is discharged through the discharge orifice (30).

A tablet retainer of the tablet holder is located wtihin the cover when the tablet holder is installed within the body. The tablet retainer retains a tablet in a ready position for dispensing. An actuator is disposed in the cover for moving a tablet from the ready position out through the dispensing slot.
