摘要： The switching circuit triggers an electronic camera flash photoelectrically. This is achieved using another electronic flash. The circuit is supplied automatically with energy from the second electronic flash. It contains an indicator lamp as a voltage limiter and can be used universally. The supply is obtained from a voltage divider (2,6) with high resistance. One tapping point is connected to the collector of a photo transistor (7). The other to the load resistor (16) of the amplifying transistor (15). The neon lamp (20) is linked to another ooint in the voltage divider via a high resistance (19).

摘要： The invention relates to a handle device (10) for a lock unit (12) for a movable door (11) or the like on a vehicle, comprising a handle part (51) which is movably mounted relative to a door (11) of the vehicle and which can be displaced between a rest position (Ia) and an operating position (Ib,c), the handle part (51) being flush with the exterior of the door (11.5) in the rest position (IA) and projecting from the exterior of the door (11.5) in the operating position (Ib,c). The handle part (51) can be actuated to open the door (10) when in the operating position (Ib,c). An actuating unit (33) is used to transfer the handle part (51) at least from the rest position (Ia) to a first operating position (IB). 摘要： The invention relates to a handle device (1) for a lock unit of a vehicle, comprising a handle part (10) which is movably mounted relative to a door (11) of the vehicle and which can be displaced between a rest position and an operating position, the handle part (10) being flush with the exterior of the door (11) in the rest position and projecting from the exterior of the door (11) in the operating position. The handle part (10) can be manually actuated to open the door (11) when in the operating position. An actuating unit (12) is used to transfer the handle part (10) at least from the rest position to the operating position. According to the invention, the handle device further comprises a lock cylinder (14) which is arranged in the handle device (1) such that the actuating unit (12) covers the lock cylinder (14) towards the exterior of the door (11) and at least partially releases the lock cylinder (14) when manually actuated.

摘要： A door handle assembly for a motor vehicle includes an operating handle, a mechanical coupling device, and a locking device attached to a handle mounting. An acceleration force can block an actuation of the closing assembly via the operating handle and/or the coupling device so that an unintended unlatching of the door closure during a vehicle accident is prevented. The locking device has a locking element, which is movably coupled to the mechanical coupling device by a connecting element, such that, a pivotal movement of the mechanical coupling device will rotate the locking element about a rotational axis. The locking element includes at least one locking member which is designed to block the rotational movement of the locking element when a predetermined displacement speed of the operating handle has been exceeded.

摘要： The invention relates to an ultrathin semiconductor circuit having contact bumps and to a corresponding production method. The semiconductor circuit includes a bump supporting layer having a supporting layer thickness and having a supporting layer opening for uncovering a contact layer element being formed on the surface of a semiconductor circuit. An electrode layer is situated on the surface of the contact layer element within the opening of the bump supporting layer, on which electrode layer is formed a bump metallization for realizing the contact bump. On account of the bump supporting layer, a thickness of the semiconductor circuit can be thinned to well below 300 micrometers, with the wafer reliably being prevented from breaking. Furthermore, the moisture barrier properties of the semiconductor circuit are thereby improved.
