摘要： The present invention relates to synthetic, consensus foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) immunogenic proteins and nucleic acid molecule encoding such proteins, to vaccines against FMDV, to methods for inducing immune responses against FMVD, to methods for distinguishing between individuals infected with FMDV versus those vaccinated against FMDV, and methods of prophylactically and/or therapeutically immunizing individuals against FMDV.

The coding sequences optionally include operable linked coding sequence that encode a signal peptide. Immunomodulatory methods and methods of inducing an immune response against filovirus, particularly Marburgvirus, Ebolavirus Sudan and Ebolavirus Zaire are disclosed. Method of preventing filovirus infection, particularly infection by Marburgvirus, Ebolavirus Sudan and Ebolavirus Zaire and methods of treating individuals infected with filovirus infection, particularly infection by Marburgvirus, Ebolavirus Sudan and Ebolavirus Zaire are disclosed. 摘要： Provided herein are consensus amino acid sequences of prostate antigens that are capable of breaking tolerance in a targeted species, including PSA, PSMA, STEAP and PSCA antigens. Also provided are nucleic acid sequences that encode one or more consensus amino acid sequences of prostate antigens PSA, PSMA, STEAP and PSCA, as well genetic constructs/vectors and vaccines expressing the sequences. Also provided herein are methods for generating an autoimmune response against prostate cancer cells by administering one or more of the vaccines, proteins, and/or nucleic acid sequences that are provided.

Vectors, including plasmids and viral vectors, comprising such nucleic acid molecules; and to host cells comprising such nucleic acid molecules are disclosed as well as methods of using such nucleic acid molecules alone or in combination with nucleic acid sequences encoding immunogens which are part of the nucleic acid molecules and/or part of a different nucleic acid molecule. Recombinant vaccines and live attenuated pathogens encoding fusion proteins, and methods of using the same, are disclosed.

摘要： Provided herein are nucleic acid sequences encoding hepatitis B virus (HBV) core proteins, surface antigen proteins, fragments and combinations thereof as well as genetic constructs/vectors and vaccines that express said protein sequences. These vaccines are able to induce an immune response peripherally and in the liver by recruiting both cellular and humoral agents. Also provided are methods for prophylactically and/or therapeutically immunizing individuals against HBV. The combination vaccine can also be used for particular design vaccines for particular levels of immune responses to HBV challenge.

摘要： Fusion proteins and nucleic acid molecules encoding fusion proteins are disclosed. Fusion proteins comprising non-IL-15 signal peptide linked to IL-15 protein sequences and fusion proteins comprising an IgE signal peptide linked to non-IgE protein sequences are disclosed. Vectors comprising such nucleic acid molecules; and to host cells comprising such vectors are disclosed as well as recombinant vaccines and live attenuated pathogens encoding fusion proteins, and methods of using the same, are disclosed. The immunomodulatory effect following delivery of IL-15 and CD40L, with or without immunogens, is disclosed as are various nucleic acid molecules and compositions thereof used for delivering such proteins and methods of using such compositions.
