SOLUTION: The system is provided with communication terminals devices 1a to 1d which transmit at least the ID number and the password of a user and inquire whether commodity purchase is permitted or not and receive commodity purchase permission information or commodity purchase inhibition information and a server 2 which is connected to the communication terminal devices through a communication network 3 and transmits commodity purchase permission information or commodity purchase inhibition information to the communication terminal devices when receiving the inquiry about whether commodity purchase is permitted or not. The server is provided with a personal information database 4 where personal information including the ID number and the password of each user and an allergen classification code of an allergen which the user has is registered and a commodity information database 5 where a list of commodities which are classified by allergen classifications and to which allergen classification codes are given is registered.
