摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain good-quality waste water without hindering the removal of scum and sludge by using a scum rake mechanism having a tractor or a center-driven machine and connecting a scum pipe extended from the scum rake mechanism to a scum discharge pipe piercing the inside of a center column. The bottom rake mechanism 7 and the scum rake mechanism are driven in the same or opposite directions at different speeds, the scum rake mechanism is rotatably supported by the center column 5 and has a tractor or a center driving machine 8 and has a scum pipe 20 communicating with a scum drain projected from the center column 5.

摘要： PURPOSE: To continuously and automatically control a fluid pressure so as to make the pressure always appropriate by detecting a stroke of a diagram pump, and, on the basis of the detection result, driving and controlling a pressure regulator and a liquid pressure supply valve for supplying a liquid pressure to the diagram pump, respectively. CONSTITUTION: A pump housing 20 of a diaphragm pump 10 is divided by a diaphragm 30 into a pumping chamber 22 and a pump actuating chamber 24. In the pump actuating chamber 24, a fluid pressure is supplied through a filter 125, a pressure regulator 130 and a fluid pressure supply valve 10, whereby the diagram 30 is actuated, and a fluid is pumped through a fluid transferring duct 40. A stroke of a rod 35 at the diagram 30 is detected by a pair of proximity switches 154, 156, and on the basis of the detection result, the pressure regulator 130 and the fluid pressure supply valve 110 are driven and controlled by a controller 110 and a controller 120, respectively. As a consequence, the fluid pressure is continuously and automatically controlled to be always optimum.

摘要： PURPOSE: To facilitate the replacement of sealing band pieces by connecting plural troughs in an endless array to form a horizontal filter plane, disposing endless filter cloth thereon and tightening the elastic sealing band pieces between the respective troughs by means of movable curved tightening members or tightening brackets. 摘要： A method of dewatering filter cake in which the cake is supported on a positively driven pervious conveyor belt or filter cloth. The cake is guided about the circumference of a drum, with the drum positively driven at a variable speed of rotation. In the region of the drum, the pervious conveyor belt or filter cloth holds the cake against the periphery of the drum and additional pressing rollers press the filter cloth and cake against the drum. The drum drives the filter cloth in this region through the medium of the filter cake and induces shear effects in the cake. The speed of rotation of the drum is regulated in dependence on the tension existing in the filter cloth.
