摘要： An improved induced draft gas burner assembly (31, 131, 231, 331, 431, 531, 631) for low NOx residential and light commercial gas furnaces (10, 10a) is disclosed. The improved burner includes an upstream assembly coupled to a fuel inlet (55) and an air inlet (43). The air inlet (43) is coupled to a neck (41, 141, 241, 341, 441, 541, 641) extending between the air inlet (43) and the outlet of the neck (41, 141, 241, 341, 441, 541, 641), both of which may be disposed within an optional chamber (42, 142, 242, 342, 442). If used, such a chamber (42, 142, 242, 342, 442) also includes an outlet coupled to a burner (46, 146, 246, 346, 546, 646). In practice, the chamber (42, 142, 242, 342, 442) and neck (41, 141, 241, 341, 441, 541, 641) behave as a Helmholtz resonator that can be tuned to provide an upstream impedance Zup that exceeds the downstream impedance Zdown of the components downstream of the burner assembly (31, 131, 231, 331, 431, 531, 631). 摘要： A pressure sensor assembly for determining the pressure of a fluid in a harsh environment includes a pressure sensor suspended within a fluid filled housing. The assembly includes a pressure transmitting device which transmits the pressure of the fluid to sensor and maintains the fluid within the housing in a void free condition. The pressure sensor assembly maintains the sensor in a near zero base strain condition and further protects the sensor from shock and vibration. The pressure sensor assembly further includes bumpers that limit the movement of the sensor within the housing.

摘要： A sound enhancement device for a detector includes a cylindrical portion having a tubular body and an interior cavity longitudinally coextensive therewith. The device includes a first elongated portion and at least a second elongated portion with both portions coupled to the cylindrical portion. The first elongated portion includes a first body portion having a first cavity that is coextensive with the first body portion while the at least second elongated portion includes a second body portion having a second cavity that is coextensive with the second body portion. The sound enhancement device includes radii of curvatures for causing a wavefront emanating from the sound enhancement device to maximize the radiation efficiency of the sound enhancement device.
