    • Systems and methods are disclosed for capturing data representative of user interactions with a desktop computer, and processing the capture data to identify and analyze business processes performed by the user. The disclosed system comprises listeners that capture key actuations, mouse-clicks, screen information, and other data representative of user interaction with a desktop computer. A desktop observer is provided to accept capture data from listeners, to temporarily store the capture data if necessary, and to pass the capture data to a process intelligence server. The process intelligence server includes a process discovery module the analyzes the capture data and identifies business processes corresponding to the capture data, or models business processes. A process data master storage is provided. A process analysis module is provided to determine performance metrics, best practices, application productivity impacts, compliance, and optimization analysis on the data stored in the process master storage. Methods are disclosed for capture, catalog, combination, correlation, change, compression, and certification.

    • A method and system for housing electronic components includes a chassis having a first sub-chassis slidably dockable into a first end of the chassis. The first sub-chassis houses a first set of electronic components and includes a backplane to electrically couple the first set of electronic components to a second set of electronic components located adjacent to the first sub-chassis. The second set of electronic components is housed in a second sub-chassis, which is accessible via a second end of the chassis. The backplane is accessible by slidably undocking the first sub-chassis without removal of any one of the second set of electronic components.     • A press-in fastening apparatus and method couples a screw with a nut by pushing the screw through an opening of the nut along a slip axis and rotating the nut to align a lock axis with the inserted screw. The opening of the nut along the slip axis has a diameter greater than the diameter of the screw and the opening of the nut along the lock axis has a diameter that engages screw threads with nut threads. In one embodiment, the nut is disposed in a housing coupled to an information handling system and biased to align with the lock axis so that a module is secured to the information handling system by aligning a screw coupled to the module with the nut and pushing the screw into the nut. The module is removed from the information handling system by unscrewing the screw with engagement of the screw threads and nut threads.
