    • A liquid level control system for controlling the flow of liquid into a reservoir, storage tank or other container. A nozzle develops a liquid flow steam therethrough, and a valve effectively opens and closes the nozzle. A fluid amplifier is associated with the nozzle and includes a fluid power stream, a signal developing port for receiving a fluid pressure signal from the power stream, and a sensor for diverting the fluid power stream from the signal developing port in response to the static presence of the interface at a predetermined sensing level of liquid in the reservoir. A pressure responsive switch is coupled to the valve and is located below the signal developing port and the pressure responsive switch to create a hydrostatic pressure head above the switch to maintain the switch and, therefore, the valve in a first condition when the fluid power stream delivers a fluid pressure signal to the signal developing port. A second condition is developed when the flluid power stream is diverted from the signal developing port.

    • Disclosed is a dispenser for dispensing a composition in response to level changes in a liquid in a tank. The dispenser includes a container for holding the composition, a discharge conduit in fluid communication with the container, an air inlet in fluid communication with the container, and a level sensing member mounted to the dispenser such that a lower end of the level sensing member contacts the liquid in the tank and senses its level. In use, a rise of the liquid in the tank between a lower liquid level and a higher liquid level causes the level sensing member to alter air pressure in a headspace of the container above the composition and thereby cause a controlled discharge of the composition from the discharge conduit; and a fall of the liquid in the tank between the higher liquid level and the lower liquid level causes the level sensing member to alter pressure in the headspace and thereby causing air to be vented into the headspace from the air inlet.

    • The specification discloses a tire inflation pressure regulator facilitating precise tire inflation. The regulator (10) includes a body, a two-position valve within the body, and a rotational lock. The body includes an air inlet (51), an air outlet (33), and an air vent (48). In one position, the valve directs air from the air inlet (51) to the air outlet (33) when the tire pressure is below a preset level; and, in a second position, the valve directs air from the air inlet (51) to the air vent (48) when the tire pressure exceeds the preset level to prevent overfilling. The rotational lock enables the regulator to be screwed onto a tire stem (12), but prevents removal of the regulator from the tire stem (12) without a key. The regulator preferably includes a cap (22) removably sealed over the air inlet (51) and the air vent (48) to prevent the undesired loss of air.
