    • The present invention relates to a biodegradable resin composition. More specifically, what is disclosed relates to: a biodegradable resin composition used as the core material of a draining board which is outstandingly well suited to being produced by extrusion, wherein improvements are made to physical properties such as shrinkage and elastic-recovery-rate reduction by mixing appropriate amounts of a biodegradable resin and an additive for improving processability, thereby improving upon the poor suitability for production which stems from the inherent characteristics of biodegradable resin raw materials, without detracting from the biodegradability which is an inherent characteristic of biodegradable resins. The biodegradable resin composition of the present invention is obtained by mixing from 5 to 60 parts by weight of calcium carbonate, from 1 to 10 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin and from 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of an active agent, with respect to 100 parts by weight of a biodegradable polymer compound, or by producing an additive in the form of pellets so as to contain from 60 to 90 parts by weight of calcium carbonate, from 5 to 15 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin and from 1 to 5 parts by weight of an active agent, and mixing from 1 to 50 parts by weight of the additive with 100 parts by weight of the biodegradable polymer compound.
