    • PURPOSE: An exchangeable frictional stirring welding tool is provided to enhance hardness and abrasion-resistance and to ensure mechanical strength since a body and a pin part are formed from cemented carbides of WC-Co group. CONSTITUTION: An exchangeable frictional stirring welding tool consists of a body(10) and a pin part(20). A screw hole(11) is formed on the bottom center of the body. The pin part is formed separately from the body. A screw thread(21) is formed on the leading end of the pin part. The screw thread is connected to the screw hole of the body. The pin part is concentrically connected to the body. The pin part is formed from cemented carbides of WC-Co group.

    • PURPOSE: A silica near infrared ray lamp is provided to rapidly dry a paint by heating paint coated on a vehicle body with an infrared ray heating line. CONSTITUTION: A silica near infrared ray lamp comprises a transparent quartz tube(2), a silica vacuum tube(5), and a tungsten coil heater(7). The silica vacuum tube is arranged inside the quartz tube. The tungsten coil heater is arranged inside the silica vacuum tube. The silica vacuum tube transmits the near infrared ray heating line emitted in the tungsten coil heater. Minute bubbles are distributed inside the silica vacuum tube.
