摘要： An embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for managing a peripheral wireless LAN signal and a device, an access point (AP), a positioning server, and a terminal for same. The system for managing a peripheral wireless LAN signal according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a database for storing each of lattice cells divided according to cell IDs, wherein each of the lattice cells are stored by being matched to a wireless LAN radio wave signal; a business AP for scanning peripheral APs in regular periods, and transmitting the peripheral wireless LAN radio wave signal received from the scanned peripheral APs; an AP managing device for match-storing, to a lattice cell comprising AP identification information, the AP identification information which is a parameter of the received peripheral wireless LAN radio wave signal, the parameter of the peripheral wireless LAN radio wave signal, as reference position information; and a wireless LAN-based positioning server for extracting the AP identification information from the parameter included in the wireless LAN radio wave signal received from the terminal, sorting the lattice cell having the AP identification information match-stored as the reference position information, and estimating position information of the corresponding lattice cell as position information of the terminal, when receiving a position request signal from the terminal.

摘要： One embodiment of the present invention relates to a positioning device of a mobile communication terminal, a method for constructing wireless LAN information of the device, a positioning server of the mobile communication terminal, and a method for driving the server, wherein: mobility of an access point is determined by using the provided positioning information relative to a positioning request of the mobile communication terminal; and wireless LAN information which is prestored in a wireless LAN server is updated on the basis of a stationary access point, so that the updated information is used when a positioning service of the mobile communication terminal is provided. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the positioning device of the mobile communication terminal comprises: an access point which performs near field communication with the mobile communication terminal; a node information-based server which manages wireless environment information for a node that controls communication of said mobile communication terminal; a wireless LAN server which has a database for storing wireless LAN information on said access point; and a positioning server which calculates a distance between said access point and said node or a distance between said access point and said mobile communication terminal by using the positioning information, which is received in a request for the positioning to said mobile communication terminal, said wireless LAN information, and said wireless environment information, and determines that the said access point has a mobile type if said calculated distance is a certain distance or more such that the access point is removed from said database, and then provides the result of the positioning on the basis of a stationary access point stored in said database when a positioning service is provided.

摘要： An embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for measuring position using a positioning access point, and to a device, system, and access point for same. The system for measuring position includes: a positioning access point for transmitting a wireless LAN signal which includes information exclusive to positioning, and a communication access point for transmitting a wireless LAN signal for communication; a database storing the identification information of the access point and the position information of the access point that matches with the identification information; a terminal communicating with the access point; and a radio LAN based positioning server for giving the highest priority to the position information of a corresponding access point, wherein the position of the terminal is determined if there is corresponding information after first comparing the parameter of the wireless LAN signal received from the terminal to the identification information of the positioning access point upon the request for measuring position from the terminal. According to the embodiment of the present invention, a wireless LAN network having an additional positioning access point installed therein is established so that the same is not affected by a change in the radio environment and by an exclusive line according to the amount of traffic. As a result, a positioning service having high accuracy may be stably provided in a coverage area set by the operator.

摘要： Embodiments of the present invention relate to a database update method and apparatus for locating a pCell. An embodiment of the present invention provides a database update apparatus for locating a pCell, comprising: a database storing grid cells that are sorted by pCell ID; a DB collection unit collecting log data for a WLAN signal from a mobile communication terminal which performs communication using the WLAN signal; an information extraction unit extracting a WLAN parameter from the log data of the WLAN signal; and a DB update unit updating the grid cells by matching and storing the information based on the extracted WLAN parameter in the corresponding grid cell. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the data-based information for AP locations and its application to the determination of a location can enhance the location performance.
