    • The die-cutting scrap removal device of the present invention relates to a die-cutting scrap removal device (1) for separating a product (P) from an original plate (NP), the device comprising a scrap removal means (100) including: a table-shaped removal main body part (110) standing upright on the ground surface; a fixed pressing-separation part (120) fixed on the top surface of the removal main body part (110) so as to move vertically; and a movable pressing-separation part (130) moving in the back and forth directions and the vertical direction on the top surface of the removal main body part (110), and thus the device includes the scrap removal means comprising the fixed pressing-separation part for moving vertically and the movable pressing-separation part for moving vertically and moving in the back and forth directions behind the fixed pressing-separation part, thereby readily separating scraps in mass quantities of products.

    • The present invention relates to a process for preparing polyethylene naphthalate, comprising the steps of: esterifying 2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylic acid and ethylene glycol, or glycols using the two materials as major material to obtain prepolymer which comprises bis(beta-hydroxyethyl)naphthalate or low polymer as main material; and performing polycondensation reaction to thereby prepare polyethylene naphthalate. The process of the present invention has advantages of: enabling esterification with a low molar ratio of ethylene glycol to reduce reaction time, thereby increasing process efficiency; minimizing formation of side reaction products to improve properties; and preventing deterioration of the products by performing polycondensation at a low temperature to thereby obtain polyethylene naphthalate polymers of high quality.
