摘要： Pour la production d'articles oblongs en mousse intégrale de polyuréthane, qui étaient normalement produits par moulages dans des moules fermés et résistant à la pression, on utilise un appareil de moulage comportant une paire de chaînes sans fin (2, 4) de parties de moule qui sont engagées l'une avec l'autre le long d'une course en avant (8) commune pour former une chambre de moulage (26) qui se déplace continuellement vers l'avant, dans laquelle on injecte le matériau de moulage par une tête d'injection (24). La longueur de la chambre de moulage suffit au conditionnement du matériau à fabriquer avant que celui-ci (22) ne soit libéré de manière continue à l'extrémité de sortie de la chambre de moulage, de façon que le matériau forme à cette extrémité un bouchon rigide capable de résister à la surpression indispensable de l'intérieur de la chambre de moulage.

摘要： For the production of oblong articles of polyurethane integral foam, which have normally been produced by moulding in closed and pressure resistant moulds, is used a moulding apparatus of the type comprising a pair of endless mould part chains (2 and 4), which are held in engagement with each other along a common forward run (8) for forming a continuously forwardly moved moulding chamber (26), into which the moulding material is injected through an injector head (24). The length of the moulding chamber is sufficient to condition the material to set before it (22) is continuously delivered from the outlet end of the moulding chamber, such that at this end the material forms a rigid plug, which is able to resist the necessary overpressure in the interior of the moulding chamber.

摘要： Profiles with an integral skin, or other hardenable materials, are continuously produced using an endless belt mould comprising two chains of corresponding mould parts which come together into a common forward run, the moulding material being injected into the start of this run through a stationary injection nozzle while fills the cross-section of the mould cavity. The forward movement and length of the mould cavity are adjusted such that the material has hardened before it has reached the end of cavity, forming a plug sufficiently rigid to resist the overpressure in the mould. The profiles may be reinforced by introducing longitudinal fibre reinforcement, e.g. glass fibre rovings, into the material through the injection nozzle, optionally under tension. Used for mfr. of continuous lengths, or long items, having rectangular or other cross-sections. The method and appts. permit the prodn. of PU foam items with an integral skin by a process similar to extrusion, instead of necessitating the use of closed moulds.
