    • The transportable electric spark generator shall find application for connection to a device for the restoration of surfaces of parts in the transport and other engineering equipment which, in the process of operation, receive minimum wearing or are found in places with difficult access for treatment using the existing method. Furthermore the generator finds application in the restoration of the resource of machine tools. It comprises a supply cable (1) for connection to the power mains by means of a switch (2) for switching on/off the mains transformer (4) and for switching of the supply contact (3) of the treatment device (vibrator). To the secondary side of the mains transformer a rectifying unit (5) is connected comprising a system of diodes (10). To it in series are connected a resistor (11) and coil (13) by respective switches (6, 8) for changing their values. The resistor and coil are connected to the positive terminal (9) of the generator. To the common point of connection of the resistor and the coil, parallel to the rectifying unit, a bank of condensers (12) is connected by means of a system of breakers (7). The negative polar terminal (9) of the generator is coupled to the common point of the rectifying unit (5) and bank (12). Terminal (9) is connected to the coil (8) switch. The treated part and the vibrator are connected to the respective polar terminals of the generator, depending on the selected polarity of connections.

    • The manual electric spark vibrator shall find application for inclusion to a device for the restoration of details in transport and other engineering equipment which, in the process of operation, receive minimum wearing or are found in difficult places of access for treatment using the existing methods. Furthermore, the vibrator finds application in the restoration of the resource of machine tools. It has been made on the principle of electric spark fine overlaying of metal in the form of a thin coating. The manual electric spark vibrator comprises a supply cable (1) for connection to the electric mains by means of an on/off switch (2) built into holder (3) above which base (4) is fitted, covered by casing (5). To the base magnetic circuit (6) is fitted with the winding (7) inserted in it and its matching closing part (8), found in terminal (9) to which front part, by means of a bracket (25), an electric holder (10) is fitted. Between magnetic circuit (6) and part (8) a rubber insert (18) is fitted. To the electric holder electrode is fitted by means of a screw (24). Under the electrode, at some distance, the machined part (14) is fitted which is connected to one of the poles of the electric spark generator (15). To base (4) a pin (11) is fitted, connected to a conductor, fitted in a special duct of the terminal and connected to the electric holder (10). To pin (11) a connecting wire (12) is also included with terminal (13) for connecting the vibrator to the other pole of the electric spark generator (15Æ).
