    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling work method of fireproof lining capable of effectively executing post-processing of a peeled piece of the peeled fireproof lining.
      SOLUTION: Two workers H ride on a gondola 3 and are moved to a position for repairing the fireproof lining 10, and a lattice-like notched channel is formed on the fireproof lining 10. Small lining partitioned by the notched channel is peeled by one of the workers H with the usage of a tool such as a crowbar. A size of the peeled piece 10a peeled is approximately from 20 to 30 cm, and the other worker H directly throws the peeled piece 10a into a crasher 7 mounted on the gondola 3 in order to crash it. A crashed piece 10b crashed is dropped into a chute 11 in a lower part through an aperture 3a of the gondola 3, conveyed to a predetermined place by carrying conveyers 14 and 15, and is sorted to a waste lining material and irons.

    • The present invention is to accommodate a large number of users required in a digital radio communication system and to prevent communication quality from deteriorating. The present invention is to prevent the occurrence of a delay by adding a process for restricting packet assignment for a call having low communication quality. When the average DRC value is equal to or smaller than a threshold, assigned slots are thinned out to improve communication quality for radio terminals close to cell boundaries and to increase the number of radio terminals accommodated. As a method for thinning out assigned slots, packets received from an upper level unit of a radio base station are, for example, discarded before transmission as long as the lowest limit sound quality is maintained. With this operation, the lowest limit sound quality is ensured.
