    • PURPOSE: To filter the pond water and to wash a filter medium with a filter installed in a pond by rotating an inner cylinder having holes on the bottom plate and the circumferential wall to filter the pond water and remove refuse deposited on the filter medium.
CONSTITUTION: By rotating an inner cylinder 11, a vertical hole 9 is allowed to coincide with a vertical hole 12 of an outer cylinder 8, whereas holes 10 and 13 provided on the bottom plates of both cylinders for passing water are closed to each other. The pond water is sucked into the inner cylinder 11 through a bandlike filter medium by rotating a fan 16, cleaned and returned to the pond from a water outlet 6. Then the above-mentioned holes 13 and 10 are allowed to coincide with each other by rotating the inner cylinder 11. The filter medium is slowly wound by rotating a small cylinder 26 for winding the filter medium. At this time, since the filter medium is moved in contact with a vertical hole 22 of a water suction pipe 20 and the pond water is sucked into the vertical hole 22 through the filter medium, the refuse deposited on the filter medium is also sucked. Then the water contg. refuse is blown into the inner cylinder 11 through a communicating pipe 24, and discharged to the outside of the pond through a hose provided to a hose fixing port 7.

    • While a second layer resin is being charged, a movable platen is moved backward to reach a given movable platen position (S1) to enlarge the capacity of a second cavity. After the completion of charging of the resin, a toggle mechanism is promptly driven to reduce the second cavity capacity to reach a given movable platen position (S2), and after the lapse of a given time, the toggle mechanism is driven again to enlarge the second cavity capacity to reach a given movable platen position (S3). Thus, a high quality multilayer injection molded article which has small variations in the wall thickness, dimension, and mass and which is free from deformation or warpage can be stable obtained.
