摘要： A video delivery apparatus for delivering a video stream with a property according to a request from a client. The video delivery apparatus includes reception means for receiving a delivery request from one client, first estimation means for estimating a current processing load by calculating a sum total of the processing loads for other clients connected to deliver a video stream upon reception of the delivery request from the one client, second estimation means for estimating a processing load upon delivering the video stream to the one client according to the delivery request, and delivery control means for performing the delivery control of the video stream on the basis of at least one of the current processing load estimated by the first estimation means and the processing load upon delivering the video stream to the one client according to the delivery request, which is estimated by the second estimation means.

摘要： A document processing apparatus which permits the sharing of a document element in a document structure while ensuring that any change to the content appears in the document element in each document sharing it. In a document processing apparatus for managing a plurality of documents each containing a plurality of document elements, a document element having content to be shared with a second document is designated from a plurality of document elements of a first document, and the content of the designated document element is defined as the content of a predetermined document element of the second document to be shared as common content by the first and second documents. Further, any document element having shared content is detected from a document when the display of the document is commanded, and is displayed in a distinguishable manner from other portions.

For this purpose, data that set the image sensing times and image sensing states of a camera (111) the pan angle, tilt angle, and zoom ratio of which can be varied, are stored in an HD (106). If one of the stored times has been reached, image sensing is done in accordance with the set contents, and the obtained image is stored in the HD (106). Upon launching a candidate edit program, an old document inserted with images is displayed on a CRT (103). When a desired image is designated, it is substituted by a new, sensed image candidate corresponding to that designation position. The created document is then uploaded to a WWW server.
