    • PURPOSE: A dye-sensitized solar cell photoelectrode containing semiconductor oxide fiber and a manufacturing method thereof increase the adsorption amount of dye by providing photoelectrodes in various forms. CONSTITUTION: A conductive thin film layer (111) is formed on the upper side of a transparent conductive substrate (110). The conductive thin film layer is composed of indium tin oxide (ITO) or fluoride doped tin oxide (FTO). A first photoelectrode layer (120) is formed on the upper side of the conductive thin film layer. The first photoelectrode layer is formed by coating the upper surface of the conductive thin film layer with paste and thermally treating the same. A second photoelectrode is formed on the upper side of the first photoelectrode layer. The second photoelectrode is formed by coating the upper surface of the first photoelectrode layer with metal-doped titanium oxide nanofiber paste and thermally treating the same.
