摘要： 본 발명은 자동차 및 철도차량, 산업기계 등에 널리 사용되는 브레이크 디스크와 그 제작 방법에 관한 것으로, 브레이크 디스크의 열을 신속히 방출하고 경량화가 가능한 일체형 또는 분리형 브레이크 디스크와 그 제작 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 바퀴와 연동결합하는 체결부(20)와 상·하판(22, 23)을 포함하여 구성되는 브레이크 디스크(10)에 있어서, 상기 디스크 상·하판 사이에 공기 유동을 위한 코어를 디스크의 중심선에 따라 일정 수량의 수평 및 수직방향의 코어를 각각 구비함으로서 코어와 체결부내의 공기의 유동 통로를 단순하게 하고, 수직방향의 코어의 양쪽 측에 위치하는 수직리브에는 수평방향의 코어를 직교되도록 인접되게 연결 형성하고, 상기 수직리브에는 하나 이상의 통기공을 구비하여 공기 냉각성능을 획기적으로 향상시키는 구조를 가진다. 한편, 이러한 구조의 브레이크 디스크는 본 발명에서 제시하는 다양한 슬래브(Slab) 일체형 또는 분리형 제작방법(The manufacturing methods) 및 또는 성형몰드 장치로부터 생성되는 그 제작 장치(The manufacturing device)로 구성된다.

CONSTITUTION: A boiler using solid fuels comprises a solid fuel storing tank (100), a combustion chamber, a heat exchanging pipe, and a flue. A plurality of through-holes is formed in the lower surface of a combustion hole. The outside air is induced to one end of the lower surface of a case and is supplied to the through-hole of the combustion hole. The outside air induced to the combustion hole can form an air curtain between the end of a fuel transfer pipe and the combustion hole and the heat of the combustion hole is prevented from moving to the end of the fuel transfer pipe.

The other part end contacts a holding roller(22) and the link and a hook(5) is operated together by connecting the hook and the link with a rod(6). The hook controls the rotation of the stopper.
