    • PURPOSE: A plate heat exchanger is provided to prevent super-cooling by the adjustment of the amount of refrigerant according to cooling cycle. CONSTITUTION: A plate heat exchanger has a heat exchanger block(10) equipped with a refrigerant inlet(13), a refrigerant outlet(14), a water inlet, a water outlet, a refrigerant flow path, a water flow path, and a hollow adjustment member(30). The refrigerant flow and the water flow path are alternately laminated. The adjusting element is inserted into the refrigerant inlet and passes through connecting holes connected to the refrigerant flow paths. The multiple discharge holes are radially formed in the adjusting element. The discharge holes are connected to the refrigerant flow paths. A screw part(31) is formed on the upper circumferential surface of the adjusting element. The screw part is formed on the inner circumference of the refrigerant inlet. The adjusting element is fixed and coupled in the refrigerant inlet.
