SOLUTION: A rail 4 is laid on an upper end of a guard frame 3 installed on a truck body 1. The simplified lifting device is installed on a horizontally movable frame 6 having casters 5 that allow a horizontal movement in conjunction with the rail. The simplified crane device comprises a rotatable post 7 rotatable with respect to the horizontally movable frame and a rotatable arm 8 integrally provided on an upper end of the rotatable post. A winding reel 9 for winding a wire 12 connected to a cargo with a rotation of a power 10 is provided on the rotatable arm.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a series of beach cleaning devices towed by a cultivating tractor to remove litter, cans, wood pieces and others on beach, brought by waves and winds.
SOLUTION: To a shaft at the back of the cultivating tractor, a hydraulic pump is connected for a power source for various functions. A hydraulic motor rotates a beating impeller to churn up litter as well as sand simultaneously and to rotatively convey it on a net conveyor while the sand is selected and dropped. The litter is thrown into a bucket cast up by the rotation of the net conveyor. The bucket is fixed invertibly in the frame of a lift. The lift frame is equipped with a lifting mechanism combined with a hydraulic cylinder capable of moving upward or downward on a roller in combination with a guide rail to move upward or downward and a chain gear. A tractor driver switches hydraulic pressure manually and operates the rotation of the hydraulic motor, the hydraulic cylinder moving upward or downward, and the invertible hydraulic cylinder on a driver seat.
