    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a diaphragm for a loudspeaker in a multilayer structure by paper manufacturing, without applying adhesives, and to prevent failures, such as peelings between diaphragm layers, and to manufacture a diaphragm for a speaker satisfying desired conditions, where materials whose characteristics are different are layered by paper manufacturing.
      SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a diaphragm for the loudspeaker having a multilayer structure where a plurality of diaphragm layers are layered includes successively injecting suspension, in which the formation materials of a diaphragm layer are contained by isolating a liquid layer R52 in which the formation materials of the diaphragm layer are not contained in a common paper manufacturing tank 22, and layering a plurality of diaphragm layers by successively paper manufacturing the suspension. Thus, a diaphragm for a loudspeaker in a multilayer structure by paper manufacturing can be manufactured without applying any adhesive in comparison with a conventional manufacturing method for preliminarily paper manufacturing each diaphragm layer, and then for adhering them with an adhesive.

      SOLUTION: The forming method comprises a step of mixing slurry of various fibers (natural, chemical, inorganic or synthetic fibers of different fibers selected among them) with expandable graphite (S11 step of mixing slurry of various fibers with expandable graphite); a step of regulating the paper slurry, and forming the slurry by heating it at a forming temperature enough to expand the expandable graphite, using it (S12 slurry forming step), thus forming a slurry formed products of diaphragm base material having flame retarding layer due to heating and expansion of expanding agent; a step of impregnating the diaphragm base material with a solution containing flame retarding components (S13 step of impregnating with the solution containing flame retarding components); a step of drying it (S14 drying step); and a step of finishing by cutting the outer and inner diameters, etc. (S15 finishing step), thus obtaining a speaker diaphragm having a satisfactory flame retarding property.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the deterioration of acoustic characteristics caused by the hygroscopic property of a flame-retardant component (such as a diaphragm) for a loudspeaker, the occurrence of the strength deterioration, low elasticity and internal loss of the component (such as the diaphragm) for the loudspeaker by a flame retarder and the rise of a manufacturing cost by the increase of the number of processing procedures, etc.
      SOLUTION: The component for the loudspeaker composed of a sheet product using the triphenyl phosphate flame retarder is used. An annular yoke 1 is composed of an upper plate 1a and a lower plate 1b and an annular magnet 2 is held between them. The annular yoke 1 and the annular magnet 2 constitute a magnetic circuit and a bobbin 3 on which a voice coil 3a is wound is arranged around the center pole 11 of the center of the magnetic circuit. The bobbin 3 is held by a frame 7 via a damper 6. The diaphragm 4 forms a shape of a cone, has a sound reproducing function for transmitting the vibration of the voice coil 3a to the air and its outer periphery is held at the peripheral part of the frame 7 via an edge 5. A center cap 8 is fitted in the center of the diaphragm 4 and a packing 9 is attached to the periphery of the edge 5. A loudspeaker body composed of the component for the loudspeaker is attached to a cabinet 12 and the cabinet 12 functions as a baffle plate and a speaker box.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm which is easily manufactured and has satisfactory characteristics.
      SOLUTION: At least any one kind of fiber material of wooden pulp, chemical fiber and inorganic fiber, a foaming agent and a fine fiber-like binding material of high beating degree are blended as necessary to prepare a paper making material and make paper. A molded object after paper making is attached in the inside of the die of a drying apparatus having a gap corresponding to the shape of a diaphragm 400, and the object is heated and dried so that one part of a vibrating portion 420 becomes thick, thereby forming a foaming thick portion 421 and a non-foaming portion 422. By improvement in bending rigidity by thickness by foaming and improvement in strength by tangling of fibers by fine fiber-like binding material, the diaphragm can be partially reinforced in a state of even weight by preventing increase in weight without reinforcement such as lamination of a different sheet-like member or impregnation of a composite resin, and frequency characteristic is flattened and satisfactory acoustic characteristic can be obtained.
