摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the direction of an opening/closing type operating instrument to be changed in all directions. SOLUTION: On the distal end section of a thin and long operating pipe which is projected from a holder, a left opening/closing piece and a right opening/closing piece constituting the opening/closing type operating instrument are pivotally supported in a manner to be freely rockable/openable/closable. In the operating pipe, an interlocking shaft is freely slidably inserted, and the distal end of the interlocking shaft is connected with the opening/closing type operating instrument. At the same time, the rear end of the interlocking shaft is engaged with an advancing/retracting driving means. A locking means which makes the proximal end section of the operating pipe freely rotatably supported by the holder, and at the same time locks the proximal end part of the operating pipe at a desired position in a manner to be non-rotatable is installed in such a manner that the locking of the locking means is releasable for these surgical forceps.
