    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharger for a fluid by which a particulate fluid such as droplets having uniform size is produced, and to provide a particulate fluid producing apparatus.
      SOLUTION: The discharger is provided with a discharge body having a cylindrical circumferential wall and a closed wall for closing the one end part of the circumferential wall and provided with a through-hole at a prescribed position of the closed wall, a vibration means for vibrating a discharging liquid in the peripheral direction of the circumferential wall and pipe line for supplying the liquid or a gas to be discharged from the through-hole to the discharging body, wherein the prescribed quantity of the liquid or the gas is discharged as the particulate fluid by vibrating the discharging body by the vibration means.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid moving device capable of moving fluid which device is not at all or hardly restricted by the size or shape of a space in which the fluid exists.
