    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulative foamed paper container that is suitable as a sealed food container configured such that a polyethylene terephthalate film is securely adhered to a paper base material or suchlike, gas barrier properties are improved without involving a cost increase, further the strength of the container is ensured and the internal surface of the container is sufficiently heat resistant.SOLUTION: In the insulative foamed paper container, a specific low-density polyethylene and a specific high-density polyethylene are mixed within a fixed proportion to form a polyethylene 5 within a density of specific range. A polyethylene with high-melting-point on the innermost side of the container uses the polyethylene 5. The polyethylene 5 is interposed between the paper base material 2 and the polyethylene terephthalate film 4, thereby causing an adhering function.
