    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll pair for forming a tear inducing crack to a packaging bag capable of forming various kinds of the tear inducing cracks of the packaging bag simply and easily with a small quantity of equipment costs and setup man-hours, and moreover, capable of shortening a preparative period greatly required for forming a new tear inducing crack. SOLUTION: The roll pair for forming a tear inducing crack extending toward a narrow width spout passage in at least one side of the vertical sealing section and the horizontal sealing section of a packaging unit having the narrow width spout passage located to one end side of an upper end portion or a lower end portion consists of an anvil roll and a die roll which are rotated in mutually reverse directions. A housing recess for housing the swelled portion of the packaging bag after being filled up with a packaged article is formed in the circumferential face of the anvil roll, and the die roll is constituted of a magnetic roll and a flexible die having the rear face magnetically attracted on the circumferential face of the magnetic roll and the surface provided with a specified cutting blade protrusively formed.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double sliding sash, whose paper screens can be electrically closed and locked, to be manufactured at a low cost without changing a substantial structure of an existing one. SOLUTION: The invention is provided with a frame 1, an inner paper screen 2 as well as an outer paper screen 3, a paper-screen driving device 4, a receiver 5, sensors 6a, 6b for confirming closing of the paper screens, a controller 7, locks 8a, 8b. The paper-screen driving device 4 includes pulleys 9a, 9b provided respectively at both ends of a lateral frame 12, an endless belt 10 disposed between the pulleys and a motor 11 for rotationally driving one pulley. The sensor for confirming closing of the paper screens is mounted on the frame or the paper screen. The locks have dead bolts 14 which move toward the outside from the room, so that the dead bolts are engaged to the inner side of the paper screens for prohibiting the paper screens from moving when the inner paper screen and the outer paper screen are closed. The controller rotates the motor according to a closing signal received by the receiver and controls the rotation halt of the motor and the projection of the dead bolt of the lock according to a close confirmation signal from the sensor for confirming closing of the paper screen.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die cutter roll which achieves substantially the same cutting edge durability as that of a force cutting blade of a die cutter roll of a conventional technique (Japanese Patent Application No.2006-270779) while maintaining advantages of the conventional technique including low costs, and ease of exchange work of cutting edges.
      SOLUTION: The die cutter roll pairs up with an anvil roll 1 and is arranged in parallel with the same. The die cutter roll is driven for rotation in a direction opposite to that of the anvil roll 1, pinches a continuous packaged object 3 that is transferred in a direction orthogonal to a central axis of the anvil roll 1, in cooperation with the anvil roll 1, and has force cutting blades 7 for carrying out necessary force cutting of the continuous packaged object 3 while pressing a circumferential surface of the anvil roll 1. The die cutter roll is composed of a roll main body 4, columnar dies 6 detachably attached to the roll main body 4 in a manner of extending in an axial direction of the roll main body, and the force cutting blades 7 projectively arranged on an accurately concave external surface of each of the columnar dies 6.
