    • PURPOSE: A multi-focus formation apparatus using a reflection mirror is provided to use one polarization beam splitter as a unit which separates and combines laser beams, thereby having a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A multi-focus formation apparatus using a reflection mirror includes a polarization beam splitter(200). The polarization beam splitter splits a laser beam into a first split beam and a second split beam. The first split beam and the second split beam reflected from a convex mirror, a concave mirror, or a plane mirror return to the polarization beam splitter. The returned split polarization beams are interfered with each other, and pass through a focusing unit(600) so that multiple focuses can be formed on a virtual straight line.

    • PURPOSE: A laser beam scanning device using interference is provided to perform fast scan by a large beam even though an interference system slightly moves. CONSTITUTION: A laser beam is incident onto one side of an interference unit(220). The interference unit emits a plurality of interference beams which form an interference pattern by transmitting or reflecting the incident beam. The interference unit changes the interference pattern according to an incident location of the beam. A moving unit changes a relative location of the interference unit for a light source to change the interference pattern. A selecting unit selects at least one interference beam. The selecting unit scans an object by a selection beam.
