Each edge of an exterior-side side wall 2c of the door frame 2 and an exterior-side side wall 3b of a channel 3 is welded by laser welding, and this laser-welded portion 4 is covered by the vehicle-exterior-side cover lip 22. A two-sided adhesive tape 25 is attached onto an interior-side face of the side wall 21, and a projection is formed at a side end position of the adhesive tape. The part in which the side wall 21 and the bottom wall 23 are continued is formed to be a recess which is positioned outside of the projecting end face of the projection so that a front end of the flange 7 may come into contact with it.
