CONSTITUTION:A stator 5 of an electromotive element 3 is fixed to the inner surface of an enclosed case 2, and a cylinder 7 is fitted on a rotor 6 arranged inside thereof, wherein the two ends are supported rotatably by bearings 8, 9. A piston 11 is fitted in this cylinder 7 as a rotating element eccentrically in an amount (e). This piston 11 is provided at its periphery with a spiral groove 19 reducing its pitch gradually, and a spiral blade 21 is fitted in this groove 19 in such a way that it can advance and retreat freely. Small dia. shafts 12a, 12b to be fitted in bearing holes 8c, 9c for these bearings 8, 9 are formed at the two ends of the piston 11, and oil sumps 35, 36 are partitioned between these shafts 12a, 12b and bearing holes 8c, 9c, and thus lubricant oil in the enclosed case 2 is introduced.

    • PURPOSE:To smoothen the flow of a compressed fluid in a fluid compressor, in which a rotor with a spiral blade fitted in a spiral groove formed at the periphery is fitted in a cylinder, by forming a suction hole and a discharge hole on the opposite side to the eccentricity of rotor about the center of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A stator 5 of an electromotive element 3 is fixed to the inner surface of an enclosed case 2, and a cylinder 7 is fitted on a rotor 6 arranged inside thereof, wherein the two ends are supported rotatably by bearings 8, 9, which are provided with a suction hole 23 and a discharge hole 25, respectively. A piston 11 is fitted in this cylinder 7 as a rotating element eccentrically in an amount (e). This piston 11 is provided at its periphery with a spiral groove 19 reducing its pitch from the suction side gradually toward the discharge side, and a spiral blade 21 is fitted in this groove 19 in such a way that it can advance and retreat freely. Therein the mentioned suction hole 23 and discharge hole 25 are located on the opposite side to the eccentricity of piston 11 about the center of the cylinder 7, and thereby flow of the fluid is made smooth.

    • PURPOSE:To increase the rate of heat exchange between gas before suction and gas after discharge compared with a case where an exhaust port is installed to the side of a cylinder by insulating both suction gas and exhaust gas in an adiabatic expansion engine provided with an exhaust port installed in a motion direction of a piston in structure. CONSTITUTION:A sleeve 2 is installed to the outer periphery of a cylinder 1, all of which are housed in a vacuum vessel, thereby insulating their interface with the outside. A head wall 5 is provided with an exhaust port 17 whose diameter is smaller than a pad 15 of an exhaust valve 112, thereby forming a series of exhaust passage which leads to an outside piping 20 by way of an insulation passage 18 and an exhaust passage 19. The insulation passage 18 is a part of an insulation member 21 which is connected with a cylinder core 22 mounted to the head wall 5, and a suction valve chamber 9. A connection section 23, which covers a suction port 6, has a thin wall and is long and narrow, and forms the insulation member 21 and a space 24. On the other hand, a space 25 formed by the suction valve chamber 9 and the cylinder core 22 is enclosed under vacuum state.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the bonding strength of fluorine plastic remarkably by a method wherein groove-like steps are provided between the fluorine plastic and a matter to be bonded to the plastic, while adhesive agent is interposed between them. CONSTITUTION:Grooves 4 are provided on the peripheral direction of the side surface of fluorine plastic 1. The groove 4 is provided on the surface receiving a shear force with respect to a force applied to the fluorine plastic from an arrow sign direction in the diagram. Therefore, the side surface of the fluorine plastic 1 comes in a configuration having steps with respect to the direction of the shear force. The fluorine plastic 1 and a metallic material 2 are bonded by filling an adhesive agent 5 between them and curing it. The cured adhesive agent 5 enters into the groove 4 of the fluorine plastic and serves as keys, whereby it becomes very hard to separate the fluorine plastic 1 from the metallic material 2.

    • PURPOSE:To restrain decrease of lubricant so as to prevent efficiency drop by providing a float valve on a small hole for returning lubricant separated in high pressure space provided by a partitioning means separating the inside of a sealed case of the scroll type compression device in the head line into the high pressure space and a low pressure space. CONSTITUTION:The scroll type compression device in the head line is provided with a scroll type compression mechanism 103 consisting of a stationary element 111 and a movable element 112 having respectively scroll vanes 115, 124 engaging with each other. The mechanism is accommodated in a sealed case 101 and driven by a motor 104. The sealed case 101 is partitioned into high and low pressure spaces 180, 181 by a partitioning means comprising a frame 102 and an annular wall 114 projecting from an end plate 113 of the stationary element 111, and both the spaces 180, 181 are communicated to the each other by a small hole 184 provided on the means. In this case, a float valve 186 is placed in the vicinity of the end portion of the high pressure space 180 side of the small hole 184, and a narrow groove 185 communicating to the small hole 184 is formed on the seat portion of the float valve at the end portion of the small hole 184.

      CONSTITUTION: A mixture of high pressure gas and lubricating oil to be discharged out of a discharge port 23 of a scroll type compressor 15 is led into a gas-liquid separator 21 having an involute guide passage Z, and the gas is separated from the lubricating oil with a centrifugal effect produced by the form of the passage Z. And, since this gal-liquid separator 31 is secured to an outer surface of a fixed element 18, the outer surface is made usable in combination with a constituent element of the gas-liquid separator 31. In addition, utilizing the outer surface having a relatively wide area so effectively, the gas-liquid separator 31 whose passage to be offered for separation is long enough and thinness in type is composable.
