    • PURPOSE: To eliminate the trouble in the lining installation generated in an expanded diameter part and reduced diameter part by providing a liquid flow controller with a limiter mechanism which outputs a stop signal to stop the supply of liquid flow by receiving the detection signal of the pressure of the liquid flow injected into a pipe when this pressure changes to the upper limit or above or lower limit or below of a set range. CONSTITUTION: After a leveling off pig 3 is introduced into a supply pipe 7, a resin is injected from an above-the-ground aperture 14 into the supply pipe 7 by a liquid pressure obtd. by a liquid feed pump 10. A resin transporting pig 4, a liquid absorbent 5 and a liquid shutting off pig 6 are thereafter introduced into the supply pipe 7 under the same liquid pressure. Next, the liquid B is injected via the fluid flow controller 20 into the supply pipe 7 by a liquid feed pump 10, by which the resin A is transferred to a branching position 2. At this time, the pressure in the supply pipe 7 changes suddenly when the expanded diameter part or the reduced diameter part exists in mid-way of the supply pipe 7. A fluctuation in the pressure is detected by a pressure gage of the fluid flow controller 20 and the supply of the fluid flow by the liquid feed pump 10 is stopped when the fluctuation of the pressure attains the upper limit or above or the lower limit or below of the set range.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe-lining construction method that does not cause a thermal deterioration to a pipe arrangement even though whose structure is only adaptable to a thermal method as a pipe-arrangement connection method if a pipe arrangement made in such places, including one that is easily susceptible to hygienic restrictions and thermally adverse effects, is targeted. SOLUTION: This invention targets a pipe lining construction method for such a pipe arrangement that does not cause any adverse affect to human bodies but requires a junction by brazing. As a lining layer which contacts the inner surface of the pipe arrangement, a primary lining forming a foundation layer is made of a lining agent using inorganic materials. After the above primary lining is formed, a secondary lining to finish the surface of such lining that is made by the primary lining is made of inorganic materials. It is thus characterized that the lining layer B made by the secondary lining to fully cover the lining layer A made by the above primary lining maintains the surface condition to be stainless.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a renovatingly repairing construction method by which an amount of resin necessary for adhering a lining tube, can be ensured by preventing the insertion of the resin into a branch member in a case when a prepared pipeline comprising the branch member on a desired position, is to be renovatingly repaired. SOLUTION: In a renovatingly repairing method, the negative pressure is generated from one edge of a prepared pipeline 1 which comprises a branch member 3 on a desired position, and an adhesive resin and a lining tube which is sticked on a pipeline inner wall face by the adhesive resin, are moved by the negative pressure to perform the lining onto the lining tube. The adhesive resin and the lining tube are made to pass through in a condition that an opening face of a branch part 1A communicated with the prepared pipeline 1, is closed by a plug member 20 which is removably mounted to the branch member 3, and of which a position of a point edge part is locatable so that it is located on the almost same plane as the opening face of the branch member 3 corresponding to the fastening amount when it is fastened to a screw part formed on the branch member 3.
