    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reversing device for lining having a constitution capable of automatically optimizing a pressure in the device. SOLUTION: The reversing device 1 is used to line a tube by curing an adhesive interposed between the tube and an inner wall surface of a pipeline and adhering the tube to the inner surface of the pipeline. The device 1 comprises a pressurizing source 1 for pressurizing the lined tube from a rear side, a lubricant supply means 3 for coating the surface of the lined tube with a lubricant, a pressure sensor 6 for sensing the applied pressure of the lined tube, and a governor unit 4 for regulating a necessary applied pressure to the lined tube in response to a change in the pressurized pressure from the sensor 6. In this case, the sensor 6 is connected to a controller 5 for setting the regulated pressure in the unit 4. The controller 5 controls the set pressure of the unit 4 in response to the sensed result from the sensor 6.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of regenerating and repairing an existing pipe line, which is capable of easily keeping to a liquefied state and lining a resin material kept in the liquefied state in a set uniform thickness. SOLUTION: A method of regenerating and repairing the existing pipe line buried under a road is provided with a 1st process for forming a lining film by arranging a heat source means 2 with built-in heat source along the laying direction in the existing pipe line 1, providing a space S capable of forming a lining film for the regeneration and the repair between the heat source means 2 and the inside surface of the existing pipe line 1 and supplying a melted thermoplastic resin into the space S and a 2nd process for removing the heat source means 2 in the state in which the lining film is cured after forming the lining film in the regenerating and repairing section of the laying section of the existing pipe line 1 and in the 1st process, a temperature to keep the viscosity of the thermoplastic resin flowable through the whole zone of the regenerating and repairing section is set in the heat source means 2.
