摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining device, for the partial repair of an existing piping, which is capable of applying a resin liquid over the entire peripheral area of the piping inner peripheral face. SOLUTION: This lining device for the partial repair of an existing piping is equipped with a pig 5 which is connected to the rear in a traction moving direction of a resin tank 4 and has an outer diameter prescribing the film thickness of a lining resin liquid in the piping 1, and a means 9a which applies a positive pressure from the front of the direction in which the resin tank 4 and the pig 5 are moved by traction and generates a pressure difference between said front and the rear of the direction in which both resin tank 4 and pig 5 are moved by traction. The pig 5 has a missing part 50 formed at the rear of the direction in which the resin tank 4 and the pig 5 are moved by traction so that the resin liquid is scattered over the upper peripheral face of the tubular path 1 from its lower peripheral face by an air current from the means 9a which generates the pressure difference, on the upper peripheral face of the piping 1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining device provided with the constitution capable of reducing the repair cost in the case that lining repair is executed as an object for a pipe line where a defective part occurs partially. SOLUTION: In this lining device for partially repairing an existing line, a resin tank 2 and a coating nozzle 3 are connected to the front side and the rear side along the moving direction in a pipe respectively. The resin tank 2 is provided with a piston part 22 by which a resin contained at a repairing place in the pipe can be extruded. The coating nozzle 3 is provided with a resin path 31 communicating with the resin tank 2 at the inner center and an ejecting part for ejecting the resin flowing through the resin path 31 in the radial direction. The resin extruded toward the resin path 31 from the inside of the resin tank 1 is radially ejected in the pipe.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water collection pipe regeneration method for preventing gas leakage from the water collection pipe attached to a gas conduit due to aging corrosion. SOLUTION: A stainless steel pipe 10 having the outside diameter smaller than the inside diameter of the water collecting pipe 3, an expansion type stopper jig 20, and a resin injection hose 11 positioned between the water collection pipe 3 and the stainless steel pipe 10 are inserted from an opening end of the existing water collection pipe 3 in the ground side. After the bottom end opening part of the water collection pipe 3 and the bottom end opening part of the stainless steel pipe 10 are tightly closed by the expansion type stopper jig 20, urethane resin R is injected and closes between the outer circumferential face of the stainless steel pipe 10 and the internal circumferential face of the water collection pipe 3 by the resin injection hose 11. Then, the expansion type stopper jig 20 id drawn out from the water collection pipe 3 and the stainless steel pipe 10 so that the bottom end opening part of the stainless steel pipe 10 and the bottom end opening part of the water collection pipe 3 are communicated together.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate any shortage of resinous liquid used for refreshing by providing an orifice communicable with the atmosphere at the end of a branch pipe as well as applying paint on the internal wall surface of an existing piping by moving resin by negative pressure so as to eliminate negative pressurizing tendency generating in the branch pipe. SOLUTION: An orifice 7 communicatable with the atmosphere is provided at the end of the branch pipe 2 of an existing piping 1 and its inner diameter is so set as to have approximately 1/10 relation relative to the bore of the existing piping 1. Hereat resinous liquid 5 is filled in the existing piping 1 and the effect of a negative suction pressure is applied to the inside of the pipe by means of a suction pump 4. Then, the resinous liquid 5 is moved by suction and allowed to move while sticking to the pipe inside wall surface. On the other hand, when the resinous liquid 5 gets to the branch part 2A of the existing piping 1, its one part enters the inside of the branch pipe 2. The one part of the resinous liquid 5 entering the inside of the branch pipe 2 is assigned to be pressed out from the inside of the branch pipe 2 by introduction of the atmosphere from the orifice 7 and its quantity required for application inside of the existing piping 1 is not decreased.
