    • PURPOSE:To automate arms-installing work by connecting a warehouse for an object to be loaded to a basement of an aeroplane hanger, moving a carrying carriage within this passage, receiving the object to be loaded in the basement of the aeroplane hanger by means of a manipulator, and installing the object to be loaded to an airframe. CONSTITUTION:A missile 7, or an object to be loaded, is stored in a storehouse 1. This storhouse 1 is used as a warehouse to store an armed missile, a warhead before assembling, or assembling parts for a wing/fuselage etc. A passage 2, which is used to carry the missile 7, is formed as an underground or a half- underground passage, which connects a basement 3 of an aeroplane hanger that is prepared in an underground of the aeroplane hanger accommodating a fighter 6 to a missile storing storehouse 1. A carrying carriage 4 on which the missile 7 is mounted is traveled within this passage 2. In the midst of the passage 2, an assembling yard 21, in which a, missile is assembled into an armed missile, is prepared, as necessary. In the basement 3 of the aeroplane hanger, the missile 7 carried by the carrying carriage 4 is received by a manipulator and installed to a designated place of the fighter 6.

    • PURPOSE:To detect angular displacement with high accuracy by detecting the reflected light of laser light projected on a group of pits provided at intervals in the circumferential direction of an optical disk by a couple of photodetecting elements which photodetect light from pits shifting in the circumferential direction. CONSTITUTION:Plural pits 6 are provided along a track 5 of the optical disk 3 which is fitted to a rotary body and rotates together with the rotary body at equal intervals l1 to equal length l2 and width d1. Laser light from a light source 8 is reflected by the optical disk 3 and made incident on photodetecting elements 12 and 13 through a lens 9, a half-mirror 10, and a lens 11. The photodetecting elements 12 and 13 photodetect reflected light from pits 6 at positions shifting on the track 5 in the circumferential direction. Variation in the output levels of the photodetecting elements 12 and 13 is photodetected to find the rotating speed and rotating direction of the optical disk 3. Consequently, the measurement accuracy is improved by the simple device.

    • PURPOSE:To detect reliably a burn-out level in an incinerator, by a method wherein an image signal to be obtained by a television camera is converted into a many valued signal corresponding to inside brightness of the incinerator, an cumulative value of which is compared with a reference value. CONSTITUTION:An analog image signal S1 obtained by a television camera 13 is entered into a many-valuing circuit 15, converted into a many valued signal S2 corresponding to the inside brightness of a furnace, which is cumulated in respect of one horizontal scanning line in an accumulating circuit 17, and a many valued cumulative signal S3 proportionate to the quantity of bright part is put out. A reference signal S4 is obtained by a reference value computing circuit 18 at every screen by multiplying a constant K1 to be given by a constant setting device 19 with the maximum cumulative value in the screen. A signal 5 showing that a distinctive feature of the scanning line is discriminated as a flame part in case of S3>=S4 and is discriminated as a ash part in case of S3

    • PURPOSE:To detect the level of a molten steel by checking changes in the image on the screen of light changing corresponding to variations of the liquid surface of the molten steel with the taking of a reflected light of a spot light which is irradiated on th surface of powder scattered in a molding device from a light source. CONSTITUTION:Molten steel 3 in a tundish 1 is injected into cylindrical molding device 6 through a dipping nozzle 2. The liquid surface 4 of the molten steel 3 is formed in the molding device 6 and covered with a powder 7 to prevent the oxidation of the molten steel 3. The dipping nozzle 2 prevents the scattering of the molten steel 3 from the tundish 1 when it falls and the wrapping of the powder 7 into the molten 3. A light source 11 for generating a spot light and a camera device 8 are provided slantly above the molding device 6. Light from the light source 11 is reflected on the surface of th molten steel 3 and caught with the camera device 8 thereby easy and safe detection of the level of the molten steel 3.
