    • PURPOSE:To automate arms-installing work by connecting a warehouse for an object to be loaded to a basement of an aeroplane hanger, moving a carrying carriage within this passage, receiving the object to be loaded in the basement of the aeroplane hanger by means of a manipulator, and installing the object to be loaded to an airframe. CONSTITUTION:A missile 7, or an object to be loaded, is stored in a storehouse 1. This storhouse 1 is used as a warehouse to store an armed missile, a warhead before assembling, or assembling parts for a wing/fuselage etc. A passage 2, which is used to carry the missile 7, is formed as an underground or a half- underground passage, which connects a basement 3 of an aeroplane hanger that is prepared in an underground of the aeroplane hanger accommodating a fighter 6 to a missile storing storehouse 1. A carrying carriage 4 on which the missile 7 is mounted is traveled within this passage 2. In the midst of the passage 2, an assembling yard 21, in which a, missile is assembled into an armed missile, is prepared, as necessary. In the basement 3 of the aeroplane hanger, the missile 7 carried by the carrying carriage 4 is received by a manipulator and installed to a designated place of the fighter 6.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically evaluate the countermeasure actions to be adopted in order to make the damage in the event of the occurrence of the damage smaller by predicting the progressed damage conditions of an objective area, and computing the simulation of the damage condition and visually displaying the resulted damage condition. SOLUTION: A simulation computing means 3 determines the progressed damage conditions, such as building/structure damage, fire spread, victims, such as wounded persons and dead persons, traffic conditions, by the simulation computation. The conditions are graphically depicted and displayed by a display means 4. The progression prohibition actions of the damage, rescue actions, restoration actions, etc., which are the countermeasure actions are inputted from input means 2a to 2c, by which these actions are interrupted during the execution of the simulation computation of the damage progression and the restoration simulation is executed every time. The progressed damage conditions and the restoration of the damaged objects as a result of the countermeasures are thereafter displayed by the display means 4. The evaluation results of various kinds of cases are subjected to qualitative evaluation or quantitative evaluation and are outputted in the form of a list.
