摘要： PURPOSE:To always ensure the optimum allocation of an initiator to a job class by dynamically optimizing the allocation of the initiator to the job class in accordance with the change of the actual job processing situation. CONSTITUTION:The initialization is carried out for a job process control table 9 at the rise of a system. A job scheduler 4 gives an instruction to an initiator 3 to take out a job based on the table 9. The job taken out by the initiator 3 is executed by a job executing part 5. When the execution is through with each job, a job control part 7 observes the waiting state of a job queue 2 and the executing state of the part 5 and updates the number of unprocessed jobs of each job class and the average job executing time for a job processing state table 8. The part 7 calculates the number of initiators 3 necessary for each job class by reference to the tab l8 while those the same actions are repeated. Thus the number of initiators to be allocated to each job class is decided based on the calculated number of necessary initiators.

摘要： PURPOSE:To control disk devices with plural kinds of formats by storing processing information to be disk control information applied to a host computer, processing length information and processing frequency information, and while reading out respective information from storing means, executing prescribed processing. CONSTITUTION:The storing means 4-6 store processing frequency information in addition to processing contents information to be disk control information applied from the host computer and processing length information. The processing means reads out the processing frequency information outputted from the storing means 6 and processes the disk control information repeatedly by the specified number of times. The processing means has the 1st and 2nd counting means 7, 8 for holding the processing length information and processing frequency corresponding to the contents of the processing e.g. and decreases the count values of both the counting means 7, 8 in accordance with the execution of processing, so that an optional processing length and the end of processing frequency can be decided. Consequently, the disk device with an optional and required format can be controlled.

SOLUTION: The display data from a PC are converted into a digital signal by an A/D converter 1 to be inputted to a liquid crystal module (LCD module) 4 constituting a display device, that is, a liquid crystal monitor set via an adjustment circuit 2. Furthermore, at the same time, the output of the A/D converter 1 is inputted to a display pattern detection circuit 3. The display pattern detection circuit 3 detects an adjustment picture recognition pattern from the inputted display data, and recognizes the operation contents on the PC side, and controls the adjustment circuit 2 based on the recognition result to adjusts the image to be displayed on the LCD module 4.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to suppress the oozing of colors even when an analog video signal has a skew between the respective colors by making it possible to regulate the phase of the analog video signal or the phase of a dot clock by colors. SOLUTION: A PLL circuit 15 forms the dot clock 109 synchronized with the edge of a horizontal synchronizing signal 104 by multiplying the horizontal synchronizing signal 104. The dot clock 109 is further discretely subjected to delay regulation by variable delay circuits 16 to 18 and is then outputted as conversion clocks 111 to 113, which are respectively the conversion timings to AD circuits 10 to 12. The AD circuits 10 to 12 convert the analog signals 101 to 103 respectively in synchronization with the conversion clocks 111 to 113 to digital video data 106 to 109 and output the data. As for the delay quantities of the variable delay circuit 16 to 18, a control circuit 20 changes the values of regulation signals 114 to 116 by colors in accordance with the operation result of a regulation switch circuit 19, thereby discretely regulating the delay quantities of the variable delay circuits 16 to 18 by colors.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold flickering of a display due to oscillation of phase of an analog picture signal by generating a conversion clock of an analog/digital conversion circuit from a horizontal split synchronous signal. SOLUTION: A PLL 27 generates a conversion clock 31 by setting to generate a clock of 8-times period from a horizontal split signal 39. The conversion clock 31 becomes a clock for converting analog picture signals 18-20 to digital picture signals 32-34 by AD converters 28-30, and the picture signal is converted to display timing of crystal liquid by a liquid crystal controller 25 to display a picture on a liquid crystal display device 26. That is, a conversion clock 31 is generated taking the horizontal split signal 39 having the period for 8-clock as a reference clock for the PLL 27, so that the phase difference can be greatly compressed. Thus, no flicker due to AD conversion error caused by a phase difference occurs to display high-quality.

SOLUTION: A frame memory write control part 0103 generates a write command WCMD to frame memories 1(0101) and 2(0102). A frame memory write address generating part 0104 generates a write address WADR. A picture division control part 0107 displays plural low resolution video signals on a liquid crystal panel 0117 while dividing them into pictures. With an input vertical synchronizing signal VSYNC as a trigger, a write/read switching control part 0108 switches write/read control to the frame memories 1(0101) and 2(0102). Then, held images are displayed in the first to third divided areas on the liquid crystal panel 0117 and video data to be successively changed form the personal computer are displayed in the fourth area.
