    • PURPOSE:To reduce manufacture man-hours and to improve the productivity by implanting an element detecting the rotation of a reel, a light emitting body, a light receiving body and a switch detecting an erroneous erasure preventing claw on the same printed wiring board and fixing the printed wiring board to a chassis. CONSTITUTION:Rotation detecting elements 18, 19, a light emitting body 20, light receiving bodies 21a, 21b, an erroneous erasure prevention switch 23, a mode switch 24 and cassette switches 36, 37 are implanted into the one printed board 38 by soldering. A signal from each element and the switch is collected to a plug 39 through copper foil in the board 38 and sent to the device main body via a single connector 40 and a lead wire 41. Since the printed board 38 is fixed to the chassis 9 by a screw 42, the connection to the device main body with respect to the elements and the switches has only one position. Thus, the number of connectors and lead wires is decreased to reduce the production man-hours thereby making the system suitable for automatic assembling.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the amount of adjusting and adjust automatically by executing the positional adjustment of a tape path in the direction of the width of a magnetic tape against a rotary cylinder by using a guide part provided integrally a member supporting the rotary cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The supporter part 22 that supports the rotary cylinder 10 in a state slant against a chassis 18, catcher parts 23 to position a tape drawer, and the guide part 30 to position an adjusting jig, are integrally formed with a synthetic resin. And by using the jig positioned by the guide part 30, the position of the tape drawer in the direction of the width of the magnetic tape is adjusted. The pair of catcher parts 23 are provided with a protruding part 26 to demarkate a V-shaped groove 26a, and an arm 27 to demarkate a U-shaped groove 27a respectively. And the recessed 28 is formed under the part 26. The catcher parts 23 are for positioning the tape drawers on the inlet- side and the outlet-side in the three dimensional direction. As a result, the amount of adjusting by means of an adjusting jig 34 can be reduced, and automation is facilitated.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the difference of tape tension due to a tape winding diameter by using a tape take-up driving source as a capstan driving source and using a viscous fluid in a slide clutch mechanism part and changing a transmission torque in accordance with the change of a relative rotative speed. CONSTITUTION:The first clutch device 14 is attached freely rotatably to a shaft 1a stood on a substrate 1, and a driving pulley 14a and a following-up gear 14b are pressed with a felt friction member 16 between them by a spring body 17 to transmit always a certain torque as shown by a solid line 22 independently of relative rotative speeds of the driving side and the following-up side. A viscous fluid 20 is packed in a closed space 19 formed with a driving gear 15a, a following-up gear 15b, and an oil seal 21 and transmits the torque by the viscous resistance, and the transmitted torque is changed therefore in accordance with the variance of relative rotative speeds of the driving side and the following-up side. Relations between them are shown by a solid line 23. Thus, an approximately constant tape tension is attained from the start of tape winding to the end if the value of a coefficient determined by the viscous fluid is selected properly.

CONSTITUTION: The device possesses the thrust bearing part consisting of a rotary body 30 equipped with a bearing part end surface of smoothness and a bearing boss 14 equipped with an erected support shaft 15 for holding the rotary body 30 and a thrust receiving part of a smooth and flat surface, where the rotary body 30 is freely rotatably held in contact between the bearing part end surface of the rotary body 30 and the thrust receiving part 12 of the bearing boss 14. The thrust receiving part 12 of the bearing boss 14 with the erected supporting shaft 15 has a projecting part having an inner diameter larger than an outer diameter of the bearing part end surface of the rotary body 30, both with the supporting shaft 15 as the center, and a flat surface surrounded by the projecting part retains the lubricating oil.
