摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betrieb eines elektromagnetischen Aktuators, insbesondere zur Betätigung eines Gaswechsel-Hubventiles einer Brennkraftmaschine, mit einem Anker, der oszillierend zwischen zwei Elektromagnetspulen jeweils gegen die Kraft zumindest einer Rückstellfeder duch alternierende Bestromung der Elektromagnet-Spulen bewegt wird und wobei mit einer Annäherung des Ankers an die zunächst bestromte Spule während des sogenannten Fangvorganges die an der den Anker einfangenden Spule anliegende Spannung reduziert wird. Zur Vermeidung von unnötigen Verlusten wird vorgeschlagen, einen Spannungsverlauf zu wählen, bei dem ein mit einem mathematischen Modell berechneter Wirbelstrom in dem Anker möglichst klein gehalten wird.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for controlling an electromagnetic actuator for actuating a gas exchange valve in an internal combustion piston engine, comprising two electromagnets spaced from one another, between which an armature acting upon the gas exchange valve is guided back and forth by the force of at least one return spring between the pole faces of both electromagnets and performs a predetermined lift defining an open position and a closed position of the gas exchange valve, whereby the electromagnets are alternately impinged upon by a trip voltage and the lift of the armature is detected by means of a sensor array during its movement from one pole face to the other pole face. Depending on the detected actual values of the lift of the armature, the flow of energy in the tripped electromagnets is controlled by the control unit in such a way that the armature moves at a speed tending to zero at a predetermined distance range relative to the pole face of the corresponding tripping electromagnet. At the end of the lift motion, the trip current flow of the tripping electromagnet is guided in such a way that the armature is maintained oscillating at a short distance from the pole face.

This ECU controls electrical current so as, when weakening the electromagnetic force of the first electromagnet and separating the disk from the first electromagnet, to reduce the electrical current which flows in the first coil towards zero, after having temporarily increased it from a first holding current to a second holding current which is larger than the first holding current, and then, after the disk has separated from the first electromagnet, so as to flow a braking current for adjusting the speed of the disk.
