SOLUTION: In the method of molding thermoplastic resin, a resin composition which contains a resin (A) made of polyhydroxyalkanoate containing constitutional units represented by the following chemical formula (1) and chemical formula (2), polylactic acid resin (B) and a crystal nucleating agent (C), and contains 0.1 to 5 pts.wt. of the crystal nucleating agent (C) based on 100 pts.wt. of resin mixture including 10 to 90 pts.wt. of the resin (A) and 90 to 10 pts.wt. of the polylactic acid resin (B), is molded at a mold temperature of 40 to 90°C for a cooling time 10 to 60 sec. SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced flame-retardant resin molded article is composed of a fiber-reinforced flame-retardant resin composition comprising a thermoplastic polyester resin, a flame retardant and a thermoplastic polyester fiber. The thermoplastic polyester resin contains one or more kinds of an aliphatic polyester resin and an aromatic polyester resin wherein at least a part of the raw materials includes a biomass material. The aliphatic polyester resin includes a polylactic acid resin, or one or more kinds of a microorganism-produced resin (polyhydroxyalkanoate), a polybutylene succinate, a polyethylene succinate and a polytrimethylene terephthalate, and the melting point of the thermoplastic polyester fiber is lower than the decomposition point of the thermoplastic polyester resin.
