    • PURPOSE:To provide a heat storage type heating device for high temp. capable of sufficiently exhibiting a denitrification function even if the temp. of waste combustion gases is extremely high. CONSTITUTION:This heat storage type heating device consists of a heating section 1, two units of burners 2a, 2b which alternately burn to supply hot air to this heating section 1, two units of denitrification reaction chambers 16a, 16b which remove the NOx in the waste combustion gases and a heat storage section which is installed successively in these denitrification reaction chambers. The heat storage section is bisected. The upper heat storage sections 20a, 20b are disposed on the upstream side of the denitrification reaction chambers 16a, 16b and the lower heat storage sections 21a, 21b are disposed on the downstream side. The waste combustion gases introduced into the denitrification reaction chambers 16a, 16b are cooled down to an adequate temp. range in the upper heat storage sections 20a, 20b and, therefore, the denitrification function is sufficiently exhibited even if the temp. of the waste combustion gases rises extremely high. The heat of the waste combustion gases after the denitrification reaction is again recovered by the lower heat storage sections 21a, 21b.

    • PURPOSE:To make the capacity of slow cooling adjustable and to improve the accuracy of coiling temp. by movably arranging an impeller type spraying device right under an upper laminar nozzle. CONSTITUTION:By oerating an operating rod 3, the impeller 1 is moved in the position shown by chain line. The laminar flow of cooling water which flows out of the nozzle 6a of a laminar pipe 6 is broken with the impeller 1 and sprayed cooling function is lowered, so a strip 8 which is transported on table rollers 7 is slowly cooled. On the other hand, in the case of executing ordinary laminar cooling, by returning the operating rod 3 and situating the impeller 1 in the position shown by continuos line, the impeller 1 is deviated from the laminar flow from the laminar pipe 6 and cooling by the laminar flow is possible. The tip nozzle of a compressed air line 5 is made so as to touch the vanes of the impeller 1 and, in this way, by arbitrarily adjusting the number of revolution of the impeller 1 by changing the pressure and flow rate of compressed air and changing the spray range, the cooling function is adjusted.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the mounting of a knife by lightly holding the circular knife positioned on one side of a shaft at a low pressure, so as to be used as a reference for the positioning of another circular knife on the other side of the shaft, at a low pressure, and by holding the circular knives on both sides of the shaft at a high pressure. CONSTITUTION:Circular knives are inserted externally, while valves 31, 32 are closed and inner pressure is not applied to arbor shafts 10, 20. The circular knife of the upper arbor shaft 10 is slid in a shaft direction, and is positioned as predetermined, while the valve 31 is opened, and a low pressure is applied to the outer tube shaft of the upper arbor shaft 10 by a low pressure liquid pressure circuit 33, so as to hold the circular knife. The circular knife on the lower arbor shaft 20 is positioned on the lower arbor shaft 20, by adjusting a gap by using the circular knife on the upper arbor shaft 10 as a reference, while the valve 32 is opened, and the circular knife on the lower arbor shaft 20 is held at a predetermined position. A valve 34 is then opened, and a high pressure is applied to both of the arbor shafts 10, 20 by a high oil pressure circuit 35, so as to sufficiently widen the diameter of the outer tube shaft, whereby the circular knives can be held tight even at the time of slit work.

    • PURPOSE:To make automatic cutter-set work for a slitter performable by installing a storer housing a lot of spacers and cutters in close proximity to a slitter arbor shaft, and a conveyor whose tip makes these spacers and cutters detachable and being self-propellable, respectively. CONSTITUTION:In this device, there are provided with a storer 1 housing a spacer-cutter 12, and a conveyor 2 equipped with an automatic setter 4 for the spacer-cutter 12, in parallel with a slitter stand 3 and, between both, being self-propellable parallelly with both and, what is more, being rotable at 180 degrees on the upper part. With this formation, the whole arrangement of a cutter-set is determined, and when the information is given to the device, the automatic setter 4 is moved to a position where the spacer or the cutter of each object number is possible to be taken out at the storer 1, and after the spacer or the cutter is taken out of this storer 1, the conveyor 2 moves the spacer or the cutter to a setting position of an arbor shaft 6 of the slitter stand 3 by means of the travel rotation control. With this constitution, slitter cutter-set work can be does automatically.
